OUR TEAM

Ric & Ruth-Anne Gilbertson – Directors of CONVERGE are both the “mind” and the “face” of this new chapter of Mobilization and Development in Global Ministries.

Ric (the mind) often will work behind the scenes developing critical strategies and a stronger infrastructure—having a big-picture focus to better serve and partner with you, in accomplishing the broader goal of reaching the lost in places that are hard to reach around the world.

Ruth-Anne (the face) will act as your personal coach and experienced mentor, offering wisdom (“go, slow, no”), encouragement and practical guidance at key junctures along the way, as you partner together in being sent as an International Worker.

Sheena Wach – Administrative Assistant for CONVERGE will be your “hands”, helping you navigate through each stage of the process—ready to cheer you on every step of the way!

Sheena will be your main point of contact for administrative and coordination needs as you continue your journey with us!
