OVERVIEW

The Silk Region is in need of team members to enable the creation of a Creative Arts Community in the Arab Peninsula.  A place where Gulf young people between the ages of 13 and 18 will produce programming by learning creative media arts and meet Jesus through the examples, witness and ongoing mentorship of the team. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As the Operations/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for effective management of HR, legal, Administration; Finance/Accounting and Information Technology.  You will also be responsible for pre-selling program ideas to terrestrial and satellite stations throughout the Gulf and Middle East as well as finding sponsors for teenage productions and trainings.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce degree
• 2-5 years track record of success in operations/marketing management
• Proficient in media and media programming
• A natural gift for teaching, to pass on skill sets
• Ability to adjust to and work within the cultural limitations of the Arab Peninsula
