OVERVIEW

The Silk Road region is seeking International Church Pastors and Planters who can minister to a wide variety of denominational backgrounds and are skilled for developing ongoing church programs.  The individuals/couples must be passionate about serving at the forefront of building God’s kingdom. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As International Church Pastors and/or Planters, you will provide general pastoral care and oversight to the ministry and/or start new church congregations with a number of people from existing International Churches.  You will also mobilize the church through teaching and example, and may assist the Teaching Pastor in the training of International Church Planters.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Godly character
• Fluent language ability of host country (French or Spanish or Polish or Mandarin)
  
• Theologically and socially mature with proven track record of ministry
• Understands cross-cultural dynamics of a multi-national situation
• Have strong teaching ability and can work well on a team
• High energy, loves being with people

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

• An opportunity to inspire and motivate people to live and proclaim the gospel message of Jesus Christ through spiritual development of members, training of local leaders and community involvement.
