In the Sun region we are looking for young workers who have a heart and passion for youth in Latin America. We are faced with still reaching the "hard places" of Central and South America and the youth cultures of these nations will not be reached with traditional methods. We are looking for innovative professionals, church planters, teachers, business people, who are willing to form teams that see new faith communities developed amoung the youth of the region. It will mean living in some of the big cities (and all that goes with that) and within the zones of the most challenging cultures. But now is time for us to respond to these nations who are upwards of 60% young people.

Compassion has played a role in the Alliance from its inception. Under the Sun region we are initiating a new compassion / crisis response strategy and are looking for like minded people who have expertise in responding to crises from a medical, building, economic, agricultural, logistics and development angle. If you are interested in forming part of an ongoing discovery of the role of Canadians in a region that is ravaged by hurricanes multiple times every year, then consider joining this new team.

There are still countries within the Sun region that have limited access. We are looking for creative people with unique gifts that could penetrate some of the most challenging areas of the Caribbean. Maybe you have some of those gifts or talents or expertise that could get you into a country so that you can then form part of a team that seeks to innovatively introduce Jesus to people.
