Any team needs people with specific skills, training, and background to enable the rest of the team to be effective. Our teams include people who provide necessary administrative support like bookkeeping and administration, as well as care and teaching of missionary children. Those involved in support ministries usually serve in two-year commitments at a time.

• Finances, bookkeepers
• Missionary Kids' (MK) schools: teachers, dorm parents, school staff

1. Spiritual Gifts:

We affirm the value and importance of all the gifts of the Spirit.  However, due to the nature of support ministry activity, there should be a demonstrated evidence of giftedness in at least one of the following gifts:

• Administration
• Helps
• Service

2. Experience:

• Minimum 2 years lay involvement in church/ support-related ministry

3. Education:

• Bachelors Degree or education appropriate for future ministry
• Alliance History and Thought course
