different roles, Same purpose

The book of Acts shows us a powerful picture - various people sent by God to carry out different roles but all working together towards the same purpose; Paul and Timothy; Aquilla and Priscilla, Titus and Apollos. This diverse team moved out into the world and were powerfully used by God for His Kingdom purposes.

In 2006 we launched a new multi-role approach for developing our Global Ministry team that we hope captures the power of the first century as well as recapture the whole message of Jesus to the world. At the same time, our new multi-role approach is a way of responding to the challenges of going to the "hard places"and adapts to our desire to be creative to face the challenges of the 21st century.

The variety of roles all have the same goal: To glorify God by developing indigenous movements of reproducing churches among the least reached people groups of the world.
