OVERVIEW

The Asian Spice region is in need of mature males and females to teach English as a Foreign Language in the “Career Path English Lab” in the capital city of a predominantly Muslim province of an Asian nation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Teach English as a foreign language
• Establish relationships with students and colleagues
• Create an atmosphere of learning, care and acceptance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Patience and flexibility
• Ability to sustain oneself emotionally, intellectually and spiritually in a remote region of the world and a mildly hostile social context
• Training and some experience in teaching English to people of another mother tongue
• Candidate of choice is one who is seeking international and cross-cultural exposure

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

• To find considerable satisfaction in being part of a missional team committed to changing the course of history within an ethnic group.  You will also gain from bonding with individuals from a culture that is both fascinating and challenging. 
• The candidate will develop a support team and funding from within his home church and personal networks.
