OVERVIEW

The Caribbean Sun region is urgently seeking a Finance/Admin Coordinator starting their term in 2012.  Responsibilities include providing administrative, accounting, and financial support to the team in Mexico City as well as financial coordination for Latin American regional books (Caribbean Sun Region).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a Finance/Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, expenses and general financial/accounting related duties, in support of the field office as well as serve the Canadian Regional Developers with overseeing the finances of the region.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organization and sense of responsibility
• Spanish language ability an asset
• Adept at using Quick Books and other accounting software (Excel)
• Experience in auditing/accounting
