OVERVIEW

This role will serve an under-reached, recently developed area of Conakry, working among lower to middle class Muslims.  The candidate couple will ideally enter the community with a defined role, working from that role to share the Gospel, leading to an eventual church plant.  Some ideas for that role include, but are not limited to: literacy, tutoring, computer repair and/or training. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• By serving the people through working in a service role in the community, you will facilitate the building of relationships and create bridges for sharing the Gospel.  You will lovingly shepherd the community by means of spiritual guidance, administration, supervision and mentoring for the purpose of making disciples who will become disciple-makers. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Ordained with the C&MA in Canada
• Solid ministerial experience in leadership within a church, and ideally experience in Muslim ministry
• Spiritual giftedness in teaching, administration and shepherding
• French and Pular language abilities (Study and cultural learning provided for funded positions)

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

• An opportunity to be stationed and work among the Fulbe people – largest people group in Guinea – with the potential to touch 300,000 – 500,000 people in this unreached area.
